Gallery North is excited to present its first
annual Miniature Show competition featuring the paintings of many of our
local artists as well as those from other states. The works will be
in two size categories: miniatures and small paintings. They will
include oil, pastel, watercolor, colored pencil, and acrylic mediums
exploring a variety of themes.
The public will have the opportunity to meet many of the artists and
browse through these little treasures during the Artists Reception
on Sunday, March 7th from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Refreshments will be
served and the winning entries will be formally announced. Artists
will also greet the public at the 3rd Thursday Art Walk on March
18th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
These small treasures will be available for
viewing and purchasing from March 1st through the 28th. Don't miss
this special event!
